Areeba’s LLM focus on technology law and regulation supports a critical look at the tensions between innovation, governance, and individual rights. She’s written on digital platforms and expression, explored how emerging technologies unsettle established regulatory assumptions, and assessed how crypto continues to press against conventional oversight. Her interest in IP and Tech stems from considering how protection and access interact as new tools reshape creative and commercial practices. This editorial role allows her to evaluate these developments with clarity and stimulate informed debate within society.
Reihaneh received her LLB in Iran in 2023 and is now a Technology Law and Regulation student at the University of Glasgow. She enjoys exploring interdisciplinary approaches to law and the many ways it intersects with art and technology. She is also interested in enhancing digital literacy and hopes to work in close relation to complementary cultural and social solutions to the pressing legal issues of the digital era.

Atindra Parashar is a detail-oriented legal professional with strong experience in research, advocacy, and community-focused legal work. At DnD Law and Tax Firm, Atindra developed comprehensive case law databases and supported litigation and estate planning for high-net-worth clients . Previously, as a Legal Advisor and LGBTQIA Associate at Naz Foundation, Atindra led sensitisation initiatives, founded the support group QUEERKHANA, and provided counsel on domestic and child abuse cases . With additional advocacy experience at PS Law and ongoing LLM studies at the University of Glasgow, Atindra brings a strong blend of legal expertise and human-rights-driven commitment, intending to amalgamate human rights and cultural expression with the sphere of IP law and Technology.
I am Deniz from Istanbul, Turkey. I was an international student in Groningen, the Netherlands, and I am currently a part of the IP Law LLM alongside wonderful peers from all around the world! As part of the PR team of the IP Law Society, I am looking forward to seeing what we will achieve together 🙂

Nathalia is a lawyer with over ten years of experience in Colombia in commercial law, intellectual property law and technology. She’s currently pursuing an LLM in Intellectual Property and the Digital Economy at the University of Glasgow, showing her commitment to her field.
Throughout her career, Nathalia has managed corporate legal strategies and technological integration. Her academic interests focus on the link between IP law, contract law, and emerging technologies, especially how legal systems adapt to the digital age.
